On Wednesday, an FAO report found that the use of antibiotics on livestock would rise by nearly a third in the next 15 years without government intervention, with potentially disastrous consequences for protection from disease. But what is clear, at a population level, is that people in rich countries are eating more meat and fewer plants than doctors consider healthy.
